Recrawled was brought in to help ATM Group appear more often when potential customers asked AI assistants to recommend outsourcing providers, particularly for sales and retention services. The work started with identifying the questions buyers were asking and understanding where competitors were being recommended instead of ATM. From there, Recrawled improved existing website content, created a dedicated pages, made sure company information was consistent across the site and secured listings in relevant outsourcing directories. They also worked directly with existing contractors and provided monthly reports showing how visibility was improving, including real examples of where ATM's name was being recommended.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Within nine months, ATM had gone from not appearing in relevant AI recommendations to being recommended in 36% of its target buyer questions.
• ATM's website was cited in 51 of 188 AI answers, making it the most-cited website out of 333 sources, ahead of much larger competitors.
• ATM was also being recommended seven times more often than the competitor it had originally benchmarked against.
• Google Search visibility improved, with over 274,000 appearances in six months.
• The monthly reports show actual examples of buyers' questions where ATM is now being recommended which made it easier to demonstrate progress to the leadership team.
