Please describe your company and your position there.

We are an Australia brick and paver manufacturing company for the luxury building industry. I am the Operations Manager.

For what projects/services did your company hire Recal Media - Corporate Video Production Australia?

We work with Recal Media extensively on an on-going basis for our video production, photography and digital marketing campaigns.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had previously worked on some one-off projects with Recal Media. As our Marketing team grew internally we needed more video production and photography content so we began working with them on an on-going basis.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We often produce Project Documentary videos of iconic architecture projects which we supply products for. We also produce video tradeshows to present our products virtually to our audiences and a lot of photography of both our products and projects.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with a few key members of the Recal Media team, mostly with Aaron, the company founder.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After sending out our documentaries and tradeshow videos via email and social media to our key customers we consistently get great feedback as well as requests for samples of our products and orders for our products.

The workflow is seamless. The team at Recal Media are very well versed in the sort of content we need for our campaigns and always deliver.
