Purpose: To create a clear, engaging, and high-quality explainer video that demonstrates how BuyFromChina.ca works, guiding users through the full purchasing process:

1. Scope of Work (Detailed Description)

The vendor will be responsible for producing a complete explainer video from concept to final delivery. This includes:

1.1 Pre-production:

Reviewing BuyFromChina.ca’s services, workflow, and brand guidelines
Refining the video concept and storyline based on the founder’s instructions
Writing or polishing the final video script
Creating a visual storyboard outlining key scenes, transitions, and UX flows
Aligning on tone, style (e.g., modern, clean, friendly), color palette, and visual direction

1.2 Production:

Designing custom motion graphics and illustrations that match the BuyFromChina.ca brand
Creating animated sequences that visually explain:

How users find or upload a product link/image
How the quote process works
How payment and ordering work
How shipping from China to Canada is handled
Recording professional voice-over narration in English (or bilingual if needed)
Adding background music and sound effects for clarity and engagement
Ensuring the pacing is concise, clear, and suitable for social media/platform use

Editing the full video with transitions, visual highlights, subtitles (if required), and brand elements
Color correction, timing adjustments, and syncing voice-over with animation
