Interested party, in accordance with paragraph 2 (e) of Art. 19 of the Law on ZPD, is obliged to provide personal data for the purpose indicated below, otherwise it is not possible to conclude a service contract that the interested person expressed a desire to conclude. When providing services, special requirements (for example, Law No. 404/2011 "On the stay of foreigners") require the provision of correct personal data, otherwise it is impossible to provide the required services to customers.
