Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a digital marketing manager of an Advertising and Marketing Company in India.

For what projects/services did your company hire REALCODERZ, and what were your goals?

We had a problem with employees' data management because we documented everything manually and issued their training. As a result, we hired REALCODERZ developers team to develop an HR Software solution that could handle all our Employee management. HR Software(RC teambuilder) with assessment and upskilling feature that helps take remote proctored exam and skill development of employees.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found REALCODERZ through an Ad on Google and took a free demo online. We like their software, and the price was also reasonable, so we decided to purchase their product for our use. They have experienced developers for multiple languages and professional support staff committed to providing customer support.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They designed and developed an HR Software with assessment and upskilling solutions. We first started to categorize our employees and the portals we needed to manage them. Then, they gave us a blueprint of workflow to approve before beginning our software production. The project was completed within two months for our company, and then they handover it to us, which allowed us to test functions. Later we started managing our data on our new HR Software.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were three people in the development team and two in the backend process, including a project manager and a web designer. Other resources depend on the project's needs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We managed our employees without paper and pen, which was our goal of this project or software. The software has reduced the data entry process as well. The data automation also frees up our HRs' time, which allows them to focus on other employee management tasks. Their team performed so well that we decided to continue working with them to maintain the software.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management was excellent, especially compared to other vendors we've worked with before. They regularly met deadlines. We communicated through Teams, Skype, and Jira.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had remote access to the whole team, communicating our ideas and making plans more accessible. Things become easy and manageable thanks to REALCODERZ.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While the quality of work was excellent, there were some timing issues because they are US based and we are located in India. We also discussed some user experience things that lag, and they are working on it.
