I’m the co-founder of Clear Source, a logistics company.

We needed a website and online marketing for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Reach Local Marketing did WordPress web development for us from scratch. In addition, they’re currently providing online marketing for us, targeting the website’s audience based on our needs using Google Display Network, among other tools.

Currently, they’re also doing maintenance on the website.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–3 members of their team, including a marketing consultant and a web designer.

We used to work together, and they were excellent to work with, so I wanted that for myself.

How much money have you invested in this partnership?

So far, we’ve spent $4,000–$5,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2021, and the engagement is still ongoing.

How did Reach Local Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great; they provide great advice and are prompt in solving our inquiries. Regarding communication, we use email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their turnaround time for deliveries is outstanding compared to other providers. Moreover, they added a natural tracking system in the website's backend, which makes a huge difference.

Are there any areas they could improve?

So far, I don’t think they can improve anything.
