I am the managing director of the Australian information Centre based in Sydney, Australia. We help International Students and travellers settle in Australia with their visa and education needs.

I hired Reriio for the redesign of my entire logo/colours and new webpage.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Since taking over AIC, the website has been updated for more then 10 years. It was time to give it a fresh design and look to make it appealing for our audience. I met with Mel from Rareiio and explained what needed to be done to revamp my website with its design and structure I had in my mind.

She wasted no time and started writing a plan of attack on where things should be in a time frame. To further the service, she sat down with my time for a couple of hours and discuss what they would like to have on the website. Within 24hs of our meet with my team and I, her team drew up a mock up website to show us what it would it look like. At that point, I had no hesitation to proceed to take my project on.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Easy to navigate website
• Easy to make changes (I don't need an I.T specialist to help me)

The project was a success, all of our ideas are now live. The traffic speed to get to our website is quick. most importantly, if we needed to make any changes, its a simple as login into my username and making the changes and hitting the update button.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project was approachable. Always there when needed and was always clear on where things were at. It didn't feel like extra work when I had to run a business already. Anything that I wanted, was met in a quick manner. Mel gave me a time frame when it was going to be live and met it before the deadline which my other business partners were happy with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The whole team was punctual, clear, understanding, and effective. most importantly, caring with my voice of direction, the team knew that I couldn't afford any mistakes with my budget that I had.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If there was anything I could change, yes... approached them sooner to complete my website!

I am the CEO of 3ptCapital, an analytics firm that utilizes data science to identify uncorrelated, high probability trade opportunities in the commodities and futures markets. We deliver this to clients via Alchymist, a user-friendly, cloud-based interface.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to deliver a first-class data analytics platform for traders, hedgers, and data analysts covering the commodities and futures markets.

How did you select this vendor?

I was referred to Rareiio by a trusted IT consultant/advisor.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

This was a very challenging project, as it involved massive datasets, over 100 unique calculations/formulas, setting up APIs and daily batch runs, as well as developing a friendly user interface with cloud-based access. The application analyzes over 130 million data points across 55 contracts every day.

What was the team composition?

There were two teams, with IT leads on the application development side and another on web development.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

By delivering a first-class application on time and on budget, we’ve been able to share our data analytics edge to prospective clients and secure investors in the company.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We have regular meetings via Skype and TeamViewer, and we communicate daily via chat and email. We set milestones and tracked progress as we navigated through the design and implementation plan. The team was very responsive to inquiries and consistently met milestone deadlines, keeping the project on track for our planned launch.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed by their ability to create and deliver my vision. I would explain the functionality, design, and reporting ideas I had, and Rareiio delivered everything as I had hoped. They were also mindful of costs, which was critical for us as a startup. Ismail (Co-Founder, Rareiio) proposed solutions to create value while also saving us money. They never felt like a contract developer for this project. Instead, they acted more as a business partner who took ownership of the product we were creating.

No, I can think of no weaknesses.

I’m the managing director of an online marketplace platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Rareiio?

We hired Rareiio to take over development of our MVP. The platform was only partially complete and had several issues, including poor design and technical bugs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rareiio took over the development of the MVP and created the design for the custom site. They developed it to include all of the features and resources that we need. The platform helps individuals find talent in specific industries, and we’re currently testing the product.

What is the team composition?

Rareiio dedicates one project manager, 4–5 developers, one designer, and QA and QC individuals.

How did you come to work with Rareiio?

When we were facing issues with our MVP, we saw the work Rareiio had done as a company and decided they’d be able to help support our efforts.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $70,000-$80,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019 and the project is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The peace of mind I’ve received from working with Rareiio has been great. Compared to the multiple problems we were facing before, the process is much better now. We feel confident that we’ll get a final product at a better cost and of higher quality.

How did Rareiio perform from a project management standpoint?

Rareiio has a great framework for managing the workload. Their streamlined process includes gathering our input, programming the changes, testing it for bugs, and submitting it to our team for approval. We enjoy their simple, effective approach.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They produce high-quality work at a fast pace, which is exactly what I need. They provide a vast amount of support and can turn tasks around within a day. Compared to other vendors, they have a much more efficient process and don’t complain about the workload.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that needs to be improved.

If you’re having issues with your current provider, don’t be afraid to transition and choose Rareiio.
