Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an executive at a digital marketing agency that assists brands with website design and development and digital marketing efforts. We work with nonprofits, e-commerce brands, and companies in the real estate space.

What challenge were you trying to address with R[AR]E Public Relations?

We strictly do digital marketing, and we engaged R[AR]E Public Relations to provide PR-related services to our clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

R[AR]E Public Relations provides PR services for our real estate clients, including brand messaging, traditional marketing, and media placements; they’ve worked on several campaigns. For each project, we work with the client and R[AR]E Public Relations to develop a scope of work. Then, they develop a campaign strategy that allocates the client’s budget to different media placements or promotions. 

What is the team composition?

We work with Amy (Founder) and another teammate from R[AR]E Public Relations. 

How did you come to work with R[AR]E Public Relations?

I found them through a personal recommendation. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2020, and our partnership is ongoing. They work with us on a case-by-case basis.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

R[AR]E Public Relations’ efforts, in tandem with our digital marketing efforts, have increased our clients’ overall visibility online and offline. Increased visibility has translated into increased traffic to their websites, phone calls, and lead forms. Overall, we’re highly satisfied with R[AR]E Public Relations’ workflow, professionalism, skill set, and ability to deliver. 

How did R[AR]E Public Relations perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is very polished. We have clear expectations regarding timeline, budget, level and amount of communication, and R[AR]E Public Relations on time and within the budget. We have regular communication via email and phone calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with R[AR]E Public Relations’ level of accessibility, transparency, and professionalism. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing they need to do differently.
