Rapid Liquid Print is a company that has developed a novel, patented, support structure-free, elastomer manufacturing process that combines the capabilities of traditional manufacturing and 3D printing solutions. In our unique process, parts are suspended within a safe, reusable gel-build medium, eliminating the effects of gravity and avoiding restrictions of the typical multi-layer approach for non-planar printing. Designs that traditionally take hours or weeks to manufacture, RLP. can now produce in minutes. The RLP. process allows us to directly manufacture complex parts which are impossible to make by any other method.
