Rao Valuers (registered as Rao Associates) is a government registered property valuation firm in New Delhi, operating since 1995 under Parish Rao, Chartered Engineer and Government Approved Valuer.

We produce independent, legally defensible valuation reports for property owners, NRIs, chartered accountants, banks, and courts across India. Our empanelled network of qualified engineers covers metros as well as Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities nationwide. Standard turnaround is 48 to 72 hours from site inspection.
