We are a Delhi-based NABL accredited referral clinical laboratory with a presence in six Indian States rendering its services since its inception in the year 2003. We offer a wide range of comprehensive investigations in the areas of immunoassay, biochemistry, haematology, molecular biology, and microbiology using state of the art analysers of the modern time, capable of producing quality-assured test reports. Processing test samples with utmost accuracy and precision are the hallmark in our relentless pursuit of excellence.

We are a Delhi-based NABL accredited referral clinical laboratory with a presence in six Indian States rendering its services since its inception in the year 2003. We offer a wide range of comprehensive investigations in the areas of immunoassay, biochemistry, haematology, molecular biology, and microbiology using state of the art analysers of the modern time, capable of producing quality-assured test reports. Processing test samples with utmost accuracy and precision are the hallmark in our relentless pursuit of excellence.

We have multiple labs in different states and work on a B2B model, we partner with other small labs and hospitals to provide testing services to be used for their patients.

We don't have internal R&D on regents or machines , we only fix on testing that is why we are so good at it

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

47% increase in B2B leads and 70% increase in B2C leads, business was able to convert 60% of all new leads and now Rankfast is helping us convert the rest of the 40% coming in month on month

They delivered everything on time, and understood our needs before going further, they have an initial 15 day business understanding process where they learn the nits and grits of our business and then start the work, it was an amazing experience working with them

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to work smoothly with any internal member, whenever we hired an agency they didn't understand our business or try to understand from our team. RankFast was very adaptable, and we didn't face any problems.

Moreover their attention to detail is out of this world, I'm very happy with my decision and wish to work with them in the long term as well

Are there any areas for improvement or something RankFast could have done differently?

Not that I know of, they're very resourceful but that's not a problem
