Ranked.I

Ranked.I (rankedi.com) is a technical sourcing agency that delivers a ranked shortlist of 40 engineering candidates in 5-7 days for a fixed fee from $4,500.

We rank the "I" - the individual engineer behind the code. No black-box AI platforms: machines gather and filter the market, senior people calibrate and check every profile before you see it.

Roles: backend (Java, Kotlin, Go), DevOps, data science, ML/LLM and ML team leads.

Pricing: $4,500 per new role ($6,000 for ML/LLM), $1,500-2,000 for a repeat role in 24-48 hours, $499 Calibration Audit (credited in full toward the search). No commission on salary.

Published accuracy: on live client searches our ranking agreed with the client's engineers 84% of the time on a Java and Kotlin role and 72% on a data science role (89% and 84% on held-out samples). Method: rankedi.com/how-we-measure-shortlist-accuracy

You work directly with the founders: no account managers, no hand-offs.
