I am the Executive Board Member at Enlivity, a global nonprofit dedicated to the treatment of cancer mouth sores.

For what projects/services did your company hire Rank Enhancers LLC, and what were your goals?

We wanted to reach more people through Google search and social media. I found different companies in a Google search. We needed to raise the foundation's Google exposure in order to attract more donors and visitors to our website. We had a meeting with them and finalized with Incrementors & then we continuously see an increase in our online engagement.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

For an employee healthcare organization, Incrementors has been providing full-service SEO. Keyword research, analysis, backlinks, and site audits have all been assisted by the vendor.

Incrementors provides SEO services to assist us in increasing our lead generation. We want to be the first Google search result for music foundations; we were previously on the second page of results. They go to us for topic matter expertise, which Incrementors turns into an SEO plan. We work with Incrementors to come up with keywords that appeal to our key audience.

SEO Consultant & Customer Success Team Lead were two of the search strategists we worked with.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We now rank on the first page for multiple keywords, have a featured snippet, and our site traffic is constantly increasing since we began SEO efforts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Daily meetings were excellent, and follow-up was simple. It was more difficult and bumpy in the early sprints, but it improved immensely by the end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Incrementors succeeds at what they do, which is a lot! Their professionalism and dedication were absolutely superb. I can't speak highly enough of them. I know we're in good hands and that they'll be there for us if we have any problems or requests.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, everything was fantastic. We learnt new things and had to change as the engagement proceeded. Incrementors would always be adaptable and versatile for us.
