Rank Certo began with a question Felipe Cardoso had to answer for his own site in 2021: which links actually move a page, and which only look good in a report? Most of what the market sold did nothing. The ones that worked came from real publications with real readers.

We built the agency on that. No PBNs, no volume packages. Every link we place has to earn its spot on a page someone would want to read anyway — because that is the only kind search engines and AI models still trust.

Two kinds. First, established sites in competitive Brazilian niches that already have the technical and content basics working and are stuck because competitors simply have more referring domains on the money pages. Clients get a shared environment where every placement is logged as it publishes — the URL, the publication, the anchor, the target page. No monthly PDF that arrives three weeks late. We report on movement, not on activity: position changes on the target pages, referring domain growth, and increasingly whether the brand is being cited in AI-generated answers, which is where a growing share of Brazilian buyers now start. Communication runs in Portuguese or English, over WhatsApp, email or call, at whatever cadence the client wants — most settle into monthly.

The first link goes live within 2 days of kickoff. Individual placements publish within 5 business days of approval, and we hold a median pace of 5-10 new referring domains per month per client. Results are a different clock, and we are direct about it: expect 2 to 4 months before movement is clear on competitive commercial terms. Anyone promising ranking gains in week three is either working on terms nobody searches or building links you will want removed later. Urgent one-off placements are possible when a publication's editorial calendar allows. We will tell you if it does not rather than commit and slip.

One point of contact, no account-manager relay. You talk to the person making the placement decisions. The work runs in six steps: business analysis to define what the links have to support, site selection with traffic verification before any outreach, editorial pitch written for the publication's readers, publication logged in a shared environment as it happens, monitoring of rankings and referral and mAI citations, then realignment based on what the data shows rather than on the original plan. Clients see the placement log live, so nothing depends on waiting for a report. We work pay-per-link or monthly scope, with no long-term contract — if the work stops earning its budget, you should be able to stop buying it.
