Since 1987, our licensed engineers and architects have evaluated existing buildings and led repair, restoration, upgrade, adaptive reuse, and new-construction programs from initial investigation and planning through design, filings, bidding, and construction administration.
RAND provides building envelope and façade services, including Facade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP, formerly Local Law 11) inspections and repair design; structural engineering; MEP and energy consulting; architectural design; property condition assessments; parking structure inspections; and special inspections.
