I am the owner of Sneak Pea and we facilitate businesses in Media and PR work.

Our internal stakeholders really liked what they did for our brand identity. Over the past few months, we have seen our Facebook and Instagram account evolved in terms of content and engagement. The team is also very responsive and prompt, as well as reducing the amount of stress that we use to feel before working with them.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for many digital marketing agencies and then one of our friends recommended Ramoon. We interviewed them and selected them after numerous zoom sessions and meetings. Their portfolio and pitch were impeccable.

We had a dedicated account manager handling all our tasks from day one. Along with him, were a number of people including designers, video editors, ad campaign specialists,s, etc.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The Ad campaign was very successful with more than 700 leads pouring in after the first month. Our sales sky rocketed after 3 months as promised by the team and we were more than happy to increase their Ad budget based on the business we were generating.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly meetings about the workflow, targets, and requirements. The team was very responsive and efficient in terms of communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In our opinion, they are one of the best digital marketing companies with all the capabilities one can wish for in a good agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cant think of anything at this point of time, as I myself have learned a lot from them. Yes, I forgot to mention, if there is anything that you want to learn about a process, they are more than happy to teach you about it.
