They’re working on the social media management for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They also do the SEO and PPC, lead generation, branding for our company, and awareness campaigns regarding the ABA therapy.

We’re delighted with them. We plan to continue working with them because they’re doing great.

We have monthly meetings with them; they give us a presentation, and we go through all the lead generations, the traffic, and details about the campaigns. They stick to the deadlines — if anything is late, it’s due to an issue on our side. As far as communication, they’re the best. It’s straightforward to communicate with them, and we use email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and texts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re intelligent; it isn’t easy to get into the details of this domain, but they studied the project in detail and learned the business. Also, they work with us as if they’re part of this space, which we like.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing to be improved — they’re doing very well.

Be very honest about your business. If you give all the details needed, they can get in the loop with you.

In Canada, the challenge was that we didn’t have a competitor. There’s no similar product so people don’t know that the product exists. In Saudi, there is, and people know about us. I don’t know what Canada’s market is like, so I didn’t know how to make our brand known.

They worked on brand awareness. This included social media management, SEO, marketing campaigns, and more. They handle everything for us in Canada, and in Saudi Arabia too. They also know what the market is like on the ground, so they’re able to tell us what works and what needs to be added so we can funnel that to our developers.

There are three people in contact with me, I’m not sure if there’s more behind them.
