Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and president of TeleReach Corporate. We’re a virtual call center that does B2B lead generation and outbound calls. We’ve been in business for 26 years.

What challenge were you trying to address with RainmakerDots?

We hired them for their video production and lead generation services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

RainmakerDots does two things for us: video production and lead generation. For the former, they’ve helped us plan, film, and edit an explainer video, and we’re already working on another one with them. They’re also in charge of adding animations, audio, and other video elements. On the lead generation side, their team takes control of our LinkedIn account, helping us find leads through Sales Navigator. They’re also involved in developing the messaging for every type of content that we send out there.

What is the team composition?

We mainly work with Gordon (Founder), who’s got his own team working behind the scenes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve published the first explainer video they made on our website and continue to use it for our email marketing and lead generation campaigns. Also, we’ve been getting very targeted leads from LinkedIn.

They’ve done a really good job of managing our projects. We use Google Docs to manage tasks and communicate through Zoom, email, and SMS.
