We were looking to get more exposure on social media and bring more attention to all the benefits our company has to offer.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Raging Agency provided us with their video production services as part of their marketing campaign. They produced promotional stock and testimonial videos for sales pitches to potentially gain new clients and participants for some of our programs.

Apart from that, they edited and shortened clips so we can publish them on our social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

In the next six months, we’re going to be using the videos for paid ads on social media to grow our business. The team successfully accomplished our vision and the feedback from customers has been generally positive.

I am a world travel blogger, and consultant based out of Chicago, Illinois. I create custom travel itineraries for clients and write blog posts that consist of tips on how to travel the world on a budget. I also design professional Lightroom presets that can be used for professional or personal photo editing.

Raging Websites is known to build incredible sites that are created on time. I reviewed some of the websites they had built previously and really liked how it was done. They worked with me to fit my budget, yet deliver what I was looking for. The staff was easy to work with, motivated, talented, smart, and extremely helpful. I was confident that their creativity and drive to meet my goals were going to be a great partnership.

Raging Websites stood out from other website designers because of their motivation and because they created a perfect plan for me. They knew what I wanted and were going to make it work with no hesitation. The positivity radiated throughout the staff which created a positive customer-employee relationship.

I sent Raging Websites descriptions of my projects and services and what I offered. They gave me suggestions for a Shopify theme that fit my budget along with a color palette and font suggestion. The team took it from there and worked their magic. After the site was designed, I was walked through the whole site and showed how to edit/add products, add blog posts and manage my site through the Shopify portal. During the final process, The staff made sure I was 1000% satisfied with the results and confident with using Shopify. They offered to answer any additional questions or concerns that I had.

I worked with one project manager who then coordinated with their developer, copywriter, graphic designer, and SEO team to bring my vision to life.

I have received many compliments from both brand partnerships and followers about how great my website looks. My products have successfully made sales. Deadlines were hit, the staff stayed within my budget, and there was clear/friendly communication throughout the duration of the project. The staff made everything extremely simple for me!

The communication was incredible, and they will follow up with you quickly. They treat their clients so well. If you have any questions or concerns throughout the process. The turnaround time for a full website design is extremely impressive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by how efficiently they were building my site. I appreciate that they reviewed anything about the site that I had questions on as well. They made sure I was confident in using Shopify on my own. I am overly impressed with not only the process of their website design but the creativity, helpful tips throughout, and care they put into what they do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I ended up with a drop-dead gorgeous website that has brought lots of sales to my company. You can scroll so effortlessly through it and it just looks so aesthetically pleasing to the viewer. I have no negative things to say.
