The Radical Agreement Project works nationally with a distributed network of experienced facilitators. Founder Terry Withers is a former sales professional and longtime improv instructor who built and led the sales team at NYC’s Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. He has since worked with organizations across industries to apply improv as a practical tool for professional development. Based in Virginia Beach. Available nationwide.

We’re Radical Agreement: a team of experienced improv teachers and coaches translating the lessons of improv into workplace collaboration. Rooted in principles that led to the success of Second City, UCB, The Groundlings and countless comedy stars, we train teams to assume “there are no mistakes,” back each other fully, and build durable trust. We run corporate workshops anywhere in the US at a moment's notice, relying on our network of exceptional instructors.
