1991 through 1995 Raddon Brothers, utilizing it’s own funds, began a project called the Hidden Valley Shopping Center. This project anchored by A Fresh Market supermarket. The 112,000 sq. ft. project is complete and is a landmark in Draper, Utah. In 1995 commercial development began for Raddon Brothers. What is now known as Hidden Valley North, 120 acre power center with with National tenants, Wendy’s, Arby’s, Einstein Bagels, Rite Aid, Albertsons and Starbucks as anchors. In 1998 Raddon Brothers Construction started construction of the Treehouse Athletic Club. Located just west of the Hidden Valley North Shopping Center in Draper, Utah. This thirteen million dollar Club was opened on July 1st, 1999.
