Headquartered in Indianapolis, our team of mechanical, electrical,  plumbing, and technology engineers and designers seek to understand the community we work in—whether at home, across town, or across the country.

All of the 200+ projects in our portfolio benefit from sustainable building systems, each providing maximum comfort and operational efficiency. We believe in designing humane buildings that are enduring and add to the landscape of the community they serve. We love to find innovative solutions through the responsible design of high-performing and sustainable building systems. That is why over 85% of our clients are repeat customers, and 80% of our work is dedicated to complex renovation and adaptive reuse projects.

We offer energy evaluation services, feasibility studies, and consultation services for LEED and WELL certification. Our Professional Engineers (PE) hold licenses in thirteen states. They include LEED-accredited professionals (AP), WELL certification,  a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), registered Communication Distribution Designers (RCDD), and an Authorized Commissioning Agent (CxA).
