we had a client who is very famous Non profit in India, they are able to raise funds couldn't manage their inflow of calls or queries over emails. we do promote & raise funds for their charitable activities but the latency in response to the donor queries has resulted in the values of organization hence we thought to not just promote them but to address the very problem by automation of whole process.

We found on google through reviews & went over his experience over website. The deciding factor was when we spoke to him over a google meet & understood that he is the person because he speaks less & understands more then rephrases the conversation.

Js react, Angular & Java is used in creating the application.

The Team of 4 people were in touch with my client to create a master piece of application, the weekly review meetings I Was personally present to support.

The latency in Donor Management has down by 92%, The auto receipt generation system through webhooks has brought down the queries by 97% & overall the Dashboard speaks where to put energy & where to over look.

I really like the way they communicate, the client is also happy with their communication. They never stressed my client with Tech Jargon rather simplified the whole process. we thought of completing in 3 months but it almost took 15 to 20 days more. We were satisfied with overall commitment & fulfillment.

The empathetic listening is their core strength apart from their rich technical skills. The CEO of the company is bound by timelines, commitment & delivering quality product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only improvement I feel is instead of 3 months project delivery could have been 2 months or less with an extra bucks.

We have done our project in good co-operation and understanding. Quilltez is a highly skilled partner and communication is easy with them via multiple channels.

We had weekly talkings and if needed more often. If there was something what would take more time than expected they communicate about it in good time. Also used github, google docs etc.

Long and good experience and good understanding from given definitions.

There was some national holidays what we as a customer didnt know and then we didnt manage to reach them. It cleared later. And they told they will inform about these in future, so things are good.
