QueryNow is an AI implementation team based in Plano, Texas, with developers in Germany. Since 2014 we have shipped more than 200 production systems for companies like Bayer, Takeda and Rockwell Automation. Today we build AI agents for document-heavy work in pharma, insurance and manufacturing. Before work starts we write down what the finished system must do, as acceptance criteria you sign. You pay the $10,000 for a workflow only after every criterion passes. Nothing is due upfront.

Built inside your own systems

We build in your Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud tenant, so your data stays where it is and your team owns the result. One workflow goes live in about two weeks.

We start with a short call to pick one workflow, usually something document-heavy like certificate requests, compliance review or invoice matching. Within 48 hours we send back the scope and the acceptance criteria the finished system has to pass. Once you sign, we build in your own environment over about two weeks and show you progress as we go. When every criterion passes, you pay. After that we can run it for you on a monthly plan or hand it to your team.

AI agents for document-heavy operations at mid-size and regulated companies. Examples: certificate requests, renewals and policy checks for independent insurance agencies; marketing and compliance review in pharma; contract review; invoice matching; and permission-aware search across SharePoint and Microsoft 365. We take one workflow at a time, and the best fits are high-volume tasks where someone can check whether the output is right.

Our prices are published. One workflow costs $10,000, paid only after it passes the acceptance criteria you signed. For independent insurance agencies we also run a $2,500 sprint that measures where staff time goes and builds the first agent, refunded if it finds less than 10 hours a week to save.
