he scope of work was aimed at addressing specific challenges related to search accuracy and user experience:

Key deliverables: A unique mechanism of synonymic links was developed, which allows searching in three languages. The algorithms also handle input errors, transcription, and the use of slang. In addition, indirect links of the device and accessory type are automated, allowing the user to search for the most relevant accessories.

We expect to see improvements in user behavior metrics on the online resource, such as viewing depth, time spent, and the number of sessions. Additionally, we anticipate an enhancement in the conversion of users into product orders.

Yes, everything was delivered on time and in full. Their project management was excellent, and they responded promptly to our needs throughout the project. Their commitment to meeting deadlines and ensuring the complete delivery of items was commendable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Qudata could have done differently?

Certainly, there are always areas for improvement in completed projects. However, for this specific project, making changes to the solutions implemented doesn't seem feasible at the moment. Our plan is to build upon the lessons learned from this project and apply them to a new project, where we can incorporate the insights gained from the previous one.
