The establishment of Quality Transportation, Inc. started with Mike Griffith’s vision of running a fleet comprised of all Independent Owner Operators, rather than the traditional “driver”. There were many obstacles to overcome that included partnering with an Insurance Company and investors. With his wife Anna by his side as his biggest supporter, he was able to convince Walt Stieg to insure his endeavor, Mark & Al Heller and a few life-long friends to invest with him.
