How did you select this vendor?

We were searching online for middle skilled design teams that can cover our needs and prepare good UI for our clients.

We had multiple projects together with Qream including mobile apps, websites, and web apps. The process was the same across all projects: onboarding, creative concept, UX, and UI design implementation.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Mostly worked with project managers and a few designers with great expertise in UX/UI.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During 1st user testing the result was awesome, the conversion rate was high. Great result from their side.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great. The team quickly responded to our requests and edits. All projects were done on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A team with great skill sets and ideas. Their designers are very fast and smart about the design they are creating. And the communication was awesome, after each scope we had review calls where edits were implemented immediately.

We hired Qream to provide designs for the application.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a web designer in our area. After reviewing several proposals, we choose this vendor because of their industry expertise, and professional team.

After a series of meetings to discuss our goals, we received 3 initial design variations for the main page of a website. After approval of the final variation, they finalized the design and provided feedback through Figma. All the pages were satisfactorily designed.

In total, we worked with 3 people including a project manager, and designers.

Our developers were able to implement their design easily, and the overall look is awesome.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided us with frequent feedback. We have both in-person meetings and calls. Everything was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge they have in the industry and the user experience I got from them. We appreciate that they were patient and thoughtful while we came up to speed.

These guys are amazing!

We've hired them for the PPC campaign landing page redesign.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase the conversion rate of our landing page used for PPC campaigns. The conversion rate was around 2.5% so we wanted to double it.

We have found them on Upwork. We've hired also a second web designer to run a/b/c tests between the original page and 2 new landing pages.

Their LP performed 100% better than original and 15% better than design that we have received from the other designer.

Besides the fact that the delivered design was beautiful, Qream also helped bring about significant business results (raise of the conversion rate by 100%).
