We had a wonderful meeting to discuss my goals and perspectives. The team displayed wireframes for my website. After few sessions, their team designed a wordpress site. They provided the best content to show my company's services and created a contact landing form.

After the day we launched the site, I realized 60-70% traffic increased within a month. I thanked them a lot for the contact landing page. My illustrator clients are loving the updated design and now they are experiencing better services from our end.

I must say that they have a good time management. We has interacted daily with the project manager, who coordinates with the whole team. If any kind of unfortunate delays were there, they informed me before so i could prepare. I used slack, zoom, and duo to coordinate and worked well with the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have provided me with a good professional website that is easy to update, list, and analyze sales every month. They taught us how to update our work or content ourselves as me and my team never worked with Wordpress platform before.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After launching the website, we faced few error(bugs) but team resolved it. Qpe India team is always there to help you out.

We've used QPe for online store creation and empowering the entire supply chain. Our goal was to minimize the expenses on handling multiple platforms for business growth and improving the profits. We were looking for one single platform to manage everything for us, from payments to orders to delivery along with the marketing to bring more sales, brand building etc.

We started off with the free trial plan where we analyzed all the factors such as ease of using the platform, how it is actually bringing awesomeness to our business. It simply transform the business digitally. We can manage inventory, store, orders, and whatnot from the same platform. It simplified our life. And most importantly pricing is very nominal. You end up paying way higher for domain,hosting, apps, maintenance, SEO, developers than the pricing QPe have.

QPe helped us first in creating the store where we could manage our all inventory, stocks, payments through multiple modes, ability to create store in any currency and sell globally, manage the delivery through multiple delivery partners at best price, and most importantly marketing and promotions through social media, email/sms marketing.

What else do you need? You need marketing/promotions for brand building, customer retention, customer re-targeting, customer acquisition, sales and you can do that via QPe. Even we can get the service of dedicated paid ads expert for the google and social media ads to have high volume of orders and leads, Nice, Right? Yes it is.

You need a dedicated manager who can guide you throughout the process or if anytime you need expert help and QPe offers that. QPe offers a full stack solution to manage payments, orders, delivery along with messenger integrated store bot that automates the business. What else we could ask for? We are really very happy from the results so far!

There was one dedicated manager for the onboarding and their after, and down the line we got one dedicated paid ad expert (digital marketer) and its enough to smooth everything.

Our order volume boosted exponentially. Our revenues are rising 60% month on month. More people trust us and we are becoming a D2C brand now in market.

Communication was smooth and they were always available for the discussion. We had a discussion regarding the target audience, the consumer behavior, and we have access to all of our data where from we can also decide about our marketing strategy. They shared a lot of valuable suggestions based on their insights. With in 7 days we launched full scale operations online. They also digitized our in-store ordering through QR code.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The problem they are solving is of massive scale. It needs sheer focus and knowledge and then only you could offer the solution. If you know the pain better than anyone else, you could offer the solution better than anyone else. And we were impressed with the solution they are offering.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They started off with web application and we suggested to go with an app too, to make things easy for managing the store. And they already have launched the mobile app now. There will always be suggestions to improve as they move forward, the product will evolve by the time.
