The process was very overwhelming at the start as this was my first interaction with a video production company, but they were very supportive at every stage of work

I was in contact with Kanishk throughout the project and he answered almost all my queries and doubts.

Yes, definitely it was very successful from the start as the video was real and based on true events and people, so it gets more organic traction as well which helped us in business.

If I really have to mention, then it will be the communication inconsistency well it was majorly because we were in different time zone but would have appreciate to see that more frequent.

The biggest challenge was to make people aware about the features of product in less than 60 seconds with a call to action of buying the actual product.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The Qonvey producer Kanishk come up with a great idea for the script regarding the video which ha made a significant difference in delivering the correct information in a very concise and influencing way.

First we discussed about the project requirements based on which the producer provided a set of concepts, after selection of one of the concept it was then tailored and evolved to make a engaging script which lead us to a storyboard and then the final stage of video shoot and production, all the time it was a good experience because the team is always available for the help regards to queries

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

All the things happened in a planned manner with complete control of both the coordinators from our and their team, which led us review and discuss every aspect of project and we were on the same page at every stage.

The outcomes are very significant even the customers mentioned the video ad was very helpful in our product reviews which makes this a very obvious reasons that video worked well for us.

We were discussing the project and are well connected throughout the process with 3 physical meeting at our office and unlimited online meets whenever we feel that there's a need to discuss on some aspects, timeline was also on time and as expected and they also have a complete process during the review stage of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing is that they educate there clients about the process so that we can also get on board regards to every aspect of project. The work they delivered exceeded our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish we could get more flexible timing for work as we work only in night hours as per the Indian time standard because of the overseas nature of our business but still it was not that of a big deal during the process.
