The scope of work for this project involved developing and deploying a complete AI-powered bot for audio file analysis. The solution was built on a cloud-based infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.

The project was divided into three main phases:

Backend Development and Integration:

• Audio Transcription: The core of this phase was integrating a robust Speech-to-Text (STT) API to accurately transcribe diverse audio files (various formats, lengths, and audio qualities). The system was designed to handle multiple languages common in our operational regions.
• LLM Integration: We then integrated a powerful Large Language Model (LLM) to process the transcribed text. The LLM was fine-tuned to perform specific tasks, such as identifying key topics, extracting critical information, and summarizing the content into a concise, easy-to-read format.
• Data Processing Pipeline: A secure and efficient data pipeline was created to manage the flow from audio file upload to final summary generation, including error handling and logging.

Frontend Interface and User Experience:

• User Dashboard: qCloudy developed a clean, intuitive web-based interface where users can easily upload audio files and view the resulting summaries.

• Proactive Problem-Solving: They often anticipated potential challenges and proposed innovative solutions before they became problems. 
• Exceptional Agility and Adaptability: They truly embraced a flexible approach, which was critical for a project involving new AI technologies. When we needed to pivot on certain requirements, they adapted quickly and seamlessly, never once compromising the project timeline.

While our overall experience with qCloudy was overwhelmingly positive, we see one area where they could have distinguished themselves even further.

The company demonstrated a very deep knowledge of modern AI technologies, particularly as applied to atypical industries like telecommunications. However, this expertise only became fully apparent during the project execution phase. Perhaps during the initial consultations, they could have been more proactive in sharing this unique insight and offering a wider range of solutions specifically tailored to our industry. This would have allowed us to see the full potential of their capabilities sooner and possibly expand the scope of the project from the very beginning.

The qCloudy team made a PoC in no time at all, demonstrating the feasibility of the technology and the process. They have deployed resilient Kubernetes, resilient database, deployed monitoring, system of logging, and everything worked through the VPN, and another differentiated VPN was configured to connect to governmental services.

During project qCloudy used these tools: Helm, Gitlab Pulumi/Terraform pipeline, ansible for setting up the servers. They also fully described the documentation of work in confluence and were marking tasks in Jira. They’ve launched our services on this infrastructure and supported it.

As Remoteam is an online SaaS platform, we host our software in AWS. We have in-house software developers, but not DevOps engineers in the team. We needed DevOps engineers, who could set up a new infrastructure and configure CI/CD ASAP. Instead of hiring a full-time DevOps engineer, we've decided to work with qCloudy.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals, pains and objectives. They've offered a free audit of the current infrastructure. Additionally, qCloudy provided a full documentation of their work so we could support the infrastructure by ourselves.

Project Summary: As part of the project agreement dated 05/12/2025, the qCloudy team carried out work to modernize our information system by implementing an OCR module to automate the processing of financing applications. The project included the development of a solution for recognizing multilingual text from PDF documents and images using Surya OCR, integration with the Claude 3.5 AI model via AWS Bedrock for intelligent document classification, as well as the implementation of the entire architecture based on AWS (Lambda, S3, SQS, DynamoDB, API Gateway). qCloudy deployed a new infrastructure for Caspian in the AWS. They configured the network infrastructure, including a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) and routing. An Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) cluster was set up, along with an AWS Relational Database Service (RDS) with backups, ElastiCache, Elastic Container Registry (ECR), and AmazonMQ for RabbitMQ. Monitoring tools such as Grafana, Promtail, Loki, and Prometheus were also configured.
qCloudy developed and configured CI/CD pipelines for backend services and assisted developers during deployment. They set up a VPN server using OpenVPN for secure access and provided comprehensive documentation. Additionally, a Web Application Firewall (WAF) was added for enhanced security. Lastly, they migrated the PostgreSQL database to AWS RDS, ensuring a smooth transition.
