Cementos ALION is a cement production company from Colombia; my position at the company is branding and digital marketing coordinator.

Start the digital marketing strategy in order to create the digital ecosystem for the company and obtain brand visibility.

How did you select PyM Digital?

Tthrough a small tender with 3 participating agencies, where PyM was the best option.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

After being selected, we had some meetings to determine the mains objectives for the company. Acoording to that, PyM proposed the different tactics to develop the digital strategy, gathering social media, web page, SEO and SEM.

What was the team composition?

Mainly web master, web designer, community manager, graphic designer and account exectuive.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the 8 months we have been working together, we have reached the 3 place in traffic sessions among the principal competitors in the indsutry in Colombia. Plus, we have achieved a great base of followers on social media and gathered a big base of contacts for mailing and direct marketing campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

highly effective. We have a group chat where we discuss and define everything on real time, so the workflow is smooth and fast. More than a service provider, PyM become more like a coworker.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The fast response to our needs. They are always available to help with our projects.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Haven´t seen anything to improve so far. Everything has work real good by now.
