What specific goals or objectives did you hire PXD to accomplish?

We hired PXD to help us redesign our core web application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Over a series of five months, PXD has delivered a major overhaul of our core AI web application, component library, and rethinking of how users interact with the product. The team has also worked on improving the UX, handling the information hierarchy and affordances. Initially, we gave them a high-level goal and a set of problem statements from customers. Since then, PXD has taken this information and created clearly defined deliverables and milestones to improve our core app experience. Overall, the team has redesigned our entire web app from the ground up.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with PXD, we’ve seen an increase in user engagement. The team has delivered beautiful designs and received strong qualitative user feedback from our UX researcher. Users have said that the product is easier to use.

How did PXD perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicate with PXD via Slack and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

PXD is extremely collaborative, thoughtful, and talented. Their UX design skills are impressive. Overall, I’d highly recommend using this team for anything ranging from full application design to helping pick off smaller improvements and feature requests.
