Email: Strategy, flow builds, campaign execution, segmentation, and A/B testing executed based on the lifecycle roadmap and retention strategy I provided. 

SMS: List growth, automation, and campaign deployment all aligned with the broader retention and engagement strategy I developed. 

Paid Media (Meta): Creative testing, campaign structure, and performance optimization executed in line with our content and community driven growth strategy.
