PunchEv conducted reviewed and designed, mostly from scratch, the UI/UX for a new game we were developing. They also conducted an audit of one of our existing games and recommended many improvements to improve the user experience.

90% of PunchEvs recommendations were unanimously adopted by our design team for implementation into the game with minimal changes.

The work with PunchEv was one of the best managed work we've had with an outsourced team in game development. From the very first meeting, they were asking the right questions and proposed a clear and understandable project plan that fit our needs.
They met every milestone in the project plan, and their deliverables were very high quality. They also adjusted to feedback very effectively. Despite timezone differences, they made themselves available for virtual calls whenever we requested them.
 During the project, our own UI/UX needs changed dramatically, and PunchEv was very effective at adjusting their resourcing and work to match our changing needs without delaying the timeline.

One of their first deliverables, a UI audit, wasn't structured in the most 'read-able' format. Focused more on explaining the research and process rather than leading with the recommendations. However, after giving brief feedback, their subsequent deliverables were exactly what we wanted.

I'm the CEO and creative lead at VertexBee Studios. We're a boutique art house crafting character designs and 3d models for video games and toy projects.

We had the pleasure of working with their team on three mobile game prototypes that required custom interface design and great user experience. We relied on Studio Punchev's expertiese for all of the projects starting from initial exploration to integrated UI as the final result.

Their track record is one of the factors that made us feel confident in choosing Studio Punchev as our partner. We didn't have a lot of experience with UI at that time and we needed to rely on an experienced team that can lead the UI/UX aspects of the projects.

They created the UI for three mobile game prototypes and helped us from design phase, addressing UX issues to the final integration in Unity. We gave them design documents and reference materials for start. After innitial evaluation their team executed each UI in phases and each phase included several rounds. We returned feedback at the end of each round and work iterratively till the final deliverables.

We started lean with one of Studio Punchev's UI illustrators who was dedicated to support our efforts in the beginning and ended scaling up to team of six for the more demanding game prototypes. For most projects the team we collaborated with consisted of Producer, Lead artist, 2D Animator, etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Where other studios and freelance artists we relied in the past failed, Studio Punchev exceded our expectations in terms of art quality and making seamless UX that contributes to the final product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They are very well organized; we just trusted their experience and left them to lead the process. Communication was always clear and effective and we always new where efforts are focused at the moment and what are the next steps. We used a combination of asynchronous feedback and live meetings at the important milestones.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

To list out just a few:

• ridiculously well-organized
• they create great collaborative atmosphere
• the target quality was met with ease.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that stood out or we noticed or have bothered us. We would love to partner with them in the future! Maybe more "face time" - we miss the weekly sync meetings with Ellie, Maggie, and Serge as they always left us with smiles.

We wanted to create fantasy interface with animated interface for very interesting primal/fantasy project. The scope was to be done by several months where Studio Punchev did an excellent job on taking all the desicions while creating it. I am absolutely fascinated about the capabilities of the team.

We were searching a team that can do multiple styles and the reason we picked Studio Punchev is that they have amazing work from mobile to AAA interfaces. We as a team saw that they did AAA projects in the past and a style that was close to our expectations.

We wanted to create a semi-minimalistic interface with some heavy borders on places and also animated elements of it. We didn't knew the abilities of the team so we had to test them out but on the first review from our side, we saw a lot of imagination and descisions that team Punchev made so to present us better than the expected quality. From rough templates to final UI we had some spots for feedback but overall it was amazing experience to find the right vendor as a first choice from our side.

We worked with 6 people which 4 of them were interface designers and also 2 game developers that helped out integrating the project.

The game is still not on the market but so far the style of the game looks like one with the User Interface studio Punchev did. The game's mechanics and UX work great for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked with other teams that aren't UI that were delaying a lot and we struggled a lot with those teams, but Punchev studio came out in the right time for us. As mentioned above, we love working with them and will defenitely work with them in future.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Time vs price is great, but we also gave them more time so things come out better than the expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far there's nothing I can catch on while speaking of improvement. As I said, would love to work with them again. Documentation, Meetings, Fast response and etc. was great!

We've hired PUNCHev LTD for numerous projects now, ranging from website redesign, to motion graphics. In this case the project was for a new logo and logo animation.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We picked PUNCHev because they have such a proven track record with graphic design and everything surrounding it. We loved there portfolio at first, but since they have done so much work with them we've really come to trust them.

Initial chat about the project, then cost estimates and signing on to have it done. The project in this case was an animated intro logo. PUNCHev produced a number of iterations and sound, and we picked a direction and they made more iterations until everyone was happy with it.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

PUNCHev are fantastic communicators. Along with live video chats about the project, PUNCHev's preferred method is to send videos with voice over. We jumped on the bandwagon and started giving our feedback this way too. It made communication much clearer. Like most projects, there's some iterating, and then we were very happy with the results in the end.

This particular project hasn't gone live yet, but previous projects like our initial logo design, and our website redesign have been met with great enthusiasm by our customer base.

They create different versions of the results, and then do video chats or pre-recorded videos describing the versions. We then all decide on a direction to refine until a final result is achieved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality and speed of Studio PUNCHev LTD are second to none. The range that their talent can produce is also very impressive. We'll be contacting them again for sure.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Heh, PUNCHev have gotten busier from their own success since we initially started working with them. We hope their team continues to grow to meet the demand! :)

Their team initially received an info dump of screenshots and documentation from our team on the current state of our project's UI/UX. Over the course of several weeks, PunchEV evaluated the current project as well as our previous project. Each week they focused on a different aspect of the UI that we called out. They then transitioned to producing art content for us. They worked directly with one of our artists who provided feedback weekly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Studio PUNCHev LTD provided great quality work quickly. They were able to work on dozens of art assets and bring them to a near final state. With their help, our team's UI artist is able to get back on track and delivery everything we need to ship on time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with PunchEV was incredibly easy. A Slack channel was created with their team and ours for daily communication. A Miro board was created for art to be quickly posted and reviewed. Each week we had a quick sync to go over any notes and feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed at which they generated near final quality assets was amazing. There were times when we thought we might run out of work for them.

Our workflow with PunchEV was great. No suggestions for improvement.

The details of the process are confidential, but we were able to start with a core direction concept and have them execute in a great first pass. We then continued to iterate, based on feedback and market testing. Their contribution was invaluable in creating the assets we needed to create in order to derisk some of our execution.

Their team is very professional and managed the project in a professional manner, both in project management and design guidance and stages. We are very happy with the way the project was managed and with the results.

Very effective, all steps made sense in terms of workflow, and guided us continuously to the desired end results.

Project management was flawless, The art director was super professional, open minded and open to hear other ideas, every step was explained thoroughly.

Make sure English speaking companies are getting English speaking staff to work with (this was an issue in the beginning of the project, and when we rise the issue it was fixed on the same day)

Punchev LTD studio was chosen due to their professional approach in early talks. They presented themself very professional and supported t heir approach with great portfolio.

Project was done over discord and communication and delivery was decided to be done on day to day. PUNCHev team was delivering at highest level from start to finish.
