Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a data analyst at Kechup, a service listing platform. People can search for their needs and find people who can fill those needs. Small business owners can register so they can get seen.

What challenge were you trying to address with Prowess Solutions?

We needed someone to do data analytics so we knew how to go about creating our platform to make it effective. We also needed someone to do our UX design.

Their service was worthwhile and useful. They did well especially in the area of market analysis that we used for the user experience. Their services improved our capabilities and widened our knowledge of the kind of market that we’re going to venture into.

How did Prowess Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

For the data visualizations, they used Tableau. I enjoyed the process of working with them.
