PROTEGRA (legal entity: THEP sp. z o.o.) is a Warsaw-based legal and compliance firm advising crypto, fintech and Web3 businesses on licensing, regulatory compliance and market entry across Europe, North America and Latin America.

Licensing. The firm's practice covers MiCA and CASP licensing in the EU, MSB and MTL registrations in the US and Canada, and VASP registrations across Latin America. The team has advised on licensing and compliance matters in Poland, Latvia, Malta, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and other jurisdictions.

Compliance. AML/KYC frameworks and outsourced AML officers and MLRO, DORA compliance including AI-driven security testing with a DORA-ready report, and post-licensing compliance programmes.

Corporate. Corporate structuring and company formation, EU resident directors and local substance, banking relationships and support with opening accounts, and accounting for digital-asset companies. PROTEGRA also assists clients with the acquisition of ready-made and licensed companies, including due diligence and regulatory change-of-control approvals.

Digital assets. Tokenization and token offerings, whitepaper drafting, agreements and transaction support for crypto exchanges, Web3 companies and blockchain projects.
