We established PropList on a very simple premise - there had to be an easier way to search and acquire commercial property.
We found that sites were too residential in their nature, too complicated to use or just didn't have the right properties on them. When we found what we thought was a perfect property, it was frequently already sold, in some cases years previously.
We decided that is there wasn't the right portal out there, we'd build it ourselves - and that's exactly what we did.
