We looked at different HR firms. Also, we tried other providers. Compared to other options, the cost is average. However, the quality and variety of services offered are unique. We value the flexibility, quality of candidates, and the focus on continuous improvement, which presumes a perfect culture match between both companies.

The HR Consultancy service is tailored to the current company needs. E.g., They can help you by facilitating discussion among your executives to establish the company values. Or they can help you discover how to prevent and resolve concerns among the company personnel. The HR Consultancy services and Recruitment services don't work in silos. Here is where we find added value. The insights gathered from HR Consultancy services are brought to Recruitment services, enabling them to look for candidates who qualify for the given position and match with the culture and values we hold. After defining a job description, they will start gathering candidates adjusting the effort depending on necessity. Then we start receiving prescreened resumes with a detailed report of a preliminary phone interview. They will also collect recruiting metrics and provide you with key insight in order to improve the overall recruitment process.

We have direct contact with a Senior Consultant which acts also as an Account Manager. While there are open positions we keep our communication channels open with the recruitment team.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
From a recruitment standpoint, before starting to work with Prometeo, we used to have a lot of non-valuable interviews. There were many cases in which we examined our recruitment process because the time invested in interviews was not efficient. Once we started working with them, the process evolved, and the rate of candidates that met our requirements boosted. In cases where we needed to fill many positions at once, they were able to scale their efforts. Once we agreed to hire the applicant, the psychological profile helped us understand how the candidate will fit within the team and the organization.
The HR Consultancy services helped us shape the vision we had for this company. Also, they mentored us on management, communication, and soft skills. They were also able to accompany our day-to-day continuous improvement model, always providing their perspective, making insightful questions, challenging our ideas, and being part of our company.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Workflow and engagement are incredibly effective. We don't have a settled recurrent meeting in order to review the quality of services. In fact, they proactively ask questions that might open new considerations as you work with them. They manage expectations very well. They log and scrutinize the entire recruitment process, allowing them to foresee whether they will meet expectations or not.

The quality of candidates has been excellent. They adapt very well to the processes tailored to our needs. They are versatile and always looking to add more value.

We have learned from experience that working with people who share our values is the basis of highly productive teams. Since we do not have internal recruiters and / or responsible for Human Resources, we hire Prometeo for the recruitments and support consultans for HR

We are looking for candidates for the increase of personnel in clients or for the development of software within our company (personalized development). It is a difficult task to find the right people in a short time and with the best skills for the specific role. We delegate to Prometeo the search for candidates that match our values, people motivated to create high-quality software, with adequate experience and knowledge.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We initially tried to recruit ourselves, based on technical experience as the main focus. This took us a long time and the results were not always positive. We are looking for recruiting companies with reasonable IT experience. After some interviews we met Prometeo, it turned out that he had several references from fellow companies and they also showed great solvency. The experience, the way of communicating and informing about the candidates and the dedication were the key factors. The costs of the service are reasonable and currently we went a step further by adding them as permanent consultants for the company.
Describe the engagement in detail.
Prometeo is in charge of the whole process, from publishing calls on specialized portals with our technical requirements, the position and the team in which each new member will work to the step of confirming the recruitment and notifying the rest of the candidates that the process has finished. Before starting the process, the fundamental aspects are defined: specific knowledge required, position, place of work, range of remuneration. They pre-select candidates, interview potentials, check the background and send us 2 or 3 candidates best positioned for the position. A check is also made of relevant aspects but more difficult to assess such as the ability to adapt to changes, the work culture, how it is related to other colleagues, etc ... Interviews with the ponteciales are coordinated and we participate there to have more precise technical feedback. Once defined who will occupy the position, the process is also closed with the assistance of Prometeo.
What was the team composition?
We have a manager (from Prometeo) who takes care of our account, he is our main link. Work with your recruiters and applicants. She is my main contact in any recruitment process and is also available to middle managers.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Even in the selection processes for complicated positions we receive a good number of unskilled resumes through our website. We make them available to Prometeo so that they can be integrated into the selection. They are very efficient at analyzing CVs and contacting candidates to attach valuable information to the selection. Candidates who submit are always correct and do so fairly quickly. In the last years we have hardly hired personnel that is not recommended by Prometeo.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They work very openly and honestly with each selection. Even in specific situations we establish a list of companies that we do not want to affect due to a possible hiring and that is not a problem for them. If a CV raises doubts and we want to delve into data immediately, they get to work on it. They have also advised us a lot in the remuneration negotiations, they monitor the hired candidate until several months later. In general, they are very concerned that the entire process is effective and that the company-employee relationship is lasting.
What did you find most impressive about this vendor?
My account manager is always pending the results. Rarely does a candidate seem incorrect to us and in general in the CVs some notes that complement the information that the candidate was chosen are clarified. We value Prometeo's support to the point that we are currently starting a new stage with more specific services for human resources within the company.
