Get a custom proposalAI phone answering, websites, and automation
Project5pi is a small, founder-run shop based in North Providence, Rhode Island, that helps small businesses get found online and keep the phone ringing. Omar Catlin builds and runs the systems personally, including websites, custom software, and AI automation built around how a specific business already works rather than off-the-shelf templates.
Core services include AI automation and AI-driven tools such as voice agents that answer inbound calls and follow up with leads, website design and development, custom software and internal tools, and search engine optimization work to help local businesses get found online. Recent work spans insurance, real estate, mortgage, solar, home services, legal offices, and dermatology billing.
Project5pi builds a system, hands it over, and stays on to help run it, with plain, practical automation and web work.
