Project Management and Consulting, LLC (PMC) was founded in 2007 as a professional services firm providing program/project management and support, information technology services and support, document scanning and data entry, business process improvement and re-engineering, analysis and organizational development, and administrative support.  In 2009, PMC added a construction project management and support division to provide value-added management, support, and services in the construction arena.  In 2011 we added emergency management strategy, planning, training, and response to our portfolio of services. In 2014, PMC added full-service logistics through a DBA division known as PMC Courier providing same day and long haul delivery services.

PMC has a proven corporate track record in all of the aforementioned services. We currently hold contracts and teaming agreements to provide the same directly to the federal government and with large prime contractors. We are focused on providing the best quality and service in our core pillars of strength while achieving the objectives, goals, and mission of every client.

Our current customer base includes major prime contractors 3M Cogent Systems, Inc., Science Applications International Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Edgley Construction Group (ECG). We hold prime contracts with the United States Army. In September 2010, we teamed with ECG to enhance the services of our construction division and subsequently established an official Mentor/Protege relationship through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Our target government market includes serving as a prime to the United States Intelligence Community and Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Justice, Health and Human Services, Treasury, and General Services Administration. Successful past performance includes work performed at GSA, IRS, FDA, FBI, U.S. Army, Census Bureau, State of Maryland, and the Defense Commissary Agency.
