The team was brought on board to help us elevate both our UI/UX and SEO across our website and they truly delivered beyond expectations.

The scope of work primarily covered:

• Designing clean, intuitive user interfaces with modern aesthetics and strong attention to usability. Every design decision was purpose-driven, and they made sure it felt great for both desktop and mobile users.
• Reworking and optimizing the overall user experience to ensure that workflows made sense, users could achieve their goals easily, and no part of the experience felt clunky or outdated.
• Carrying out a thoughtful SEO audit and then implementing targeted improvements — from technical SEO and keyword optimization to performance tuning — which helped position the website better for organic discovery.
• Clear, responsive communication the entire way through. They made space for feedback, answered our questions thoughtfully, and kept us informed at every step.

After launching the newly designed site, we started seeing positive changes almost immediately. Bounce rates went down, users were staying on the site longer, and we noticed a clear improvement in how people were navigating pages — a real sign that the UI/UX work was making a difference.

From an SEO perspective, the improvements were just as strong. Organic traffic steadily increased, and we saw key pages start ranking higher on Google, including some competitive keywords that previously didn’t get much traction at all. Within a few weeks post-launch, several of our target pages landed on the first page of search results.

It’s rare to find a team that not only delivers excellent UI/UX and SEO work but also invests the time to clearly understand your goals, explain their strategies, and keep things transparent and collaborative throughout the process.

Beyond that, meeting them in person added another layer the positive and motivated team culture was obvious. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about the people they’re building for. The fact that they operate out of Nepal, and yet offer quality that can compete on a global level (and often exceed expectations compared to larger markets), is both impressive and refreshing.

To be honest, no not really.

They delivered exactly what they promised, and in many ways, they exceeded expectations. Communication was smooth, timelines were consistently met, and the quality of work from design to execution was spot on. I truly didn’t run into any issues that stood out or made me think something should’ve been handled differently. It was a refreshingly smooth and professional experience all around. From start to finish, the project felt collaborative, professional, and genuinely enjoyable it’s rare to find a team that’s this capable and easy to work with.
