I'm the founder of Propvission. We provide services in real estate, dealing in both residential and commercial properties.

What challenge were you trying to address with Programea LLC?

We needed help designing and developing our website, where we could list our services and properties. We also wanted the platform to have the option to add agents.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Programea LLC created the UX and converted it into a live application. The platform has the following features and functionalities:

• Listing of properties
• Adding agents
• All listings have a detailed description of the property
• Agents can also add properties

We worked with four teammates from Programea LLC.

I found Programea LLC through a referral from a friend. After multiple discussions, we found them to be the best option for developing our platform.

We spent approximately $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January to May 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Programea LLC successfully completed and published the site on time. The site is new, and we have added four properties so far. We have started getting inquiries for sales, and the inquiry rate is high now due to the site. We expect to close more deals.

How did Programea LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team was very responsive and delivered what we needed. We communicated via email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Programea LLC's team members were quick to respond and did a good job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.
