We brought on Profitability Partners to primarily coach and support the existing finance manager on changing the accounting process from cash to accrual; create new finance reporting templates and provide advise on overall company finances and growth.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All members of Profitabilty Partners were very understanding of our needs, accomodating as those needs changed over time and were very patient throughout the entire working relationship. All members brought a wealth of knowledge and competency to every project we discussed and assigned. In the end, we achieved all our original project goals and our finance manager was left in the best place possible with the knowledge gained from PP's training - setting our company up for success.

Yes, all deliverables were met on time. They were incredibly flexible with our changing company schedule and needs. Their email turnaround time was less than 24 hours.
