ProEvnt is a Brooklyn-based premium event staffing agency serving New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut, the Hamptons, and nationally. Since 2021, we’ve staffed over 1,000 events with a roster of 350+ vetted, professional, and diverse event staff.
We provide waitstaff, bartenders, brand ambassadors, and event captains for corporate events, brand activations, private galas, fashion events, and luxury experiences of every scale. Our clients include Balenciaga, Marc Jacobs, STAUD, Alexander Wang, Lamborghini, and New York Fashion Week.
Every staff member is hand-selected, thoroughly briefed before your event, and trained to represent your brand — not just fill a role. We show up on time, dressed correctly, and ready to execute so you don’t have to manage us on the day.
We work directly with corporate clients, brand activation agencies, catering companies, venues, and private clients who need a staffing partner they can trust to deliver the same standard every time.
