What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

ProcurePro Consulting is excellent at determining, defining, and evaluating actual needs in the exploration of an ERP. They are very process focussed, understanding the importance of performing an RFP properly, fairly, and with full transparency. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something ProcurePro Consulting could have done differently?

As ProcurePro is a general consulting firm, they don't necessarily have a full awareness of some the 'niche' players in specific industries.  Their research brought up many, but not all viable options on the first round of the RFP.  While it's not reasonable to expect that they would be aware of every player in every industry, the more processes they consult the greater awareness they will have of some of the harder to find potential solutions that exist.
