What specific goals or objectives did you hire Processifier to accomplish?

• 1. Provide mBank with advanced Process Mining tool, that could be deployed on prem and able to cope with the scale of data that mBank processes
• 2. Integrate the Process Mining tool with a variety of back office systems, both off-the shelf and proprietary
• 3. Provide training and support for back office analysts to help them understand and exploit the potential of Process Mining approach
• 4. Assist our analysts with business process analysis and optimization activities using provided Process Mining software and additional custom artificial intelligence solutions

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The main goal of this project was to implement a process mining solution that would be secure, deployed on premises in bank infrastructure and able to process vast amounts of data quickly and efficiently. Ease of use and flexibility - especially potential for customization - of the platform that was to be implemented was essential. Previously the bank experimented with process mining platform provided by another vendor (Lana Labs, later acquired by Appian) which proved to be not satisfactory, We also evaluated other products (e.g. Celonis) - these, compared with the elegant solution provided by Processifier seemed either unnecessarily complex, too primitive or slow or way overpriced. The first phase of the project included deployment of the software, creating appropriate data connectors and data transformation pipelines from our systems (e.g. flow systems), creating analytics dashboards and mapping processes based on the data, Processifier also provided appropriate training services for our staff. In the second phase, which is currently ongoing we are employing analytics insights from the tool for process efficiency monitoring and identification for potential process improvements. We are also working with Processifier on deploying custom artificial intelligence agents for process data analysis based on insights gathered by Process Mining tool.

Summary of key deliverables:

-        deployment and configuration of Processifier Process Mining tool on mBank infrastructure

-        security certification of the tool according to our internal cybersecurity policy and standards

-        integration of key back office systems with Process Mining tool to enable process discovery and performance monitoring

-        staff training (related not only to PM tool usage but also to Process Mining methodology itself)

-        continuing experiments with using artificial intelligence and machine learning methods for process data analysis and improvement

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

-        Quick (compared with experience with previous vendor) tool deployment  

-        Ability to effectively map complex, non standard business processes (such that are other than typical retail processes usually analysed by PM tools e.g. loan process or bank complaints process) 

-        Ability to create custom business process analytics dashboards or perform complex, AI powered analysis ad-hoc per management request 

-        Measurable business process optimizations (e.g. dozens FTEs saved)

Project delivered on time and with budget, all goals achieved. Exceptional work with people form this company - profesionals with great business experience and understanding of business needs. They were always helping us when we needed and were very responsive to all our questions, helping us find solutions to challenges and problems.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Understanding business needs - it is exceptional because a lot of companies want to sell their product and they think company and business should align with their product, not the other way around. Processifier thinks differently. The have created a product which helps achieve business goals. All of employees there have good business background so they understand what we should emphasize when talking to different stakeholders (C-levels, business units, developers, analytics, data science, etc.).

They're able to understand complex business problems and provide bespoke, tailor-made solutions quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Processifier to any business that needs modern AI/ML or process optimization solutions that would really work (as opposed to just pretending).
