The founder of the Priredba agency, and at the same time the head of the event organization team, is Dino Kasumović. After 15 years of work in the event management industry, since of which he spent 10 in leading positions, he comes up with the idea of ​​founding his own company, in which knowledge and experience will be able to fully focus on realization of his unique vision of event planning.

During his career, he was the leader of the teams responsible for the organization of the largest and of the most complex events realized in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and projects in the realization of which he participated won awards at prestigious festivals such as Sempl Festival and RSVP Event Festival.

The biggest challenge and highlight of his career so far is certainly the work on preparation and organization of the "EBRD Annual Meeting" held in Sarajevo in 2019. Tom on occasion, as one of the pillars of the project team, he was in charge of everything technical aspects of the conference, as well as space decoration and branding services. In doing so, he successfully coordinated a team consisting of 200 people involved in the implementation of the project. The "EBRD Annual Meeting 2019" was rated as one of the most successful ever held outside of London.
