The PreZero Group is one of the leading environmental service providers in Germany with more than 4,600 employees at around 120 locations. The group bundles all competencies along the value chain under one roof, including the disposal and sorting of waste, processing, and recycling. With GreenCycle, PreZero also combines different environmental services within the Schwarz Group. Drivers of the circular economy – our business areas The PreZero Group is committed to one goal: closing cycles. With the establishment of the waste disposal and recycling company PreZero within the Schwarz Group and the launch of our own dual system, we have already come a lot closer to this goal. Packaging can be licensed through the dual system, collected from the consumer using its own collection capacities, and separated into the appropriate fractions thanks to PreZero's sorting systems. We then produce recyclates from plastics, which can then be used to create new products. With the idea of ​​an efficient cycle, the Schwarz Group, which also includes Lidl and Kaufland, is an active solution provider and assumes expanded producer responsibility. Packaging is being transferred to a circular economy. This reduces the waste of resources along the value chain.
