Presale Films makes cinematic property films for real estate developers selling off-plan, anywhere in the world.

Most pre-construction marketing stops at renders. A render shows a buyer what a room will look like. It can't show them what that room feels like at six in the evening with the light coming across the floor, which is the thing that actually sells a unit nobody can walk through.

We take the renders you already have and direct them into a film. Render-to-video animation, sound design, colour grading, licensed music, delivered in 4K with vertical cuts for social and paid. No crew on site, no finished building needed. For completed properties we work from your photography and drone footage instead.

Because the work starts from your files rather than a shoot, location is not a constraint. We produce real estate video for developers on any continent, with delivery in eight languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Chinese.
