We engaged Premium Dev at a stage where Aybee had a functioning MVP but was still far from a fully operational, self-service software platform. Together with Premium Dev, we defined a clear roadmap to rebuild the platform from the ground up — transforming our validated MVP into a scalable, automated software product.

Phase 1 — Foundation & Dashboard Development
The first milestone was to replace our static Power BI dashboard with an interactive web dashboard, built directly into the Aybee platform. This new dashboard provides real-time insights, advanced filtering, and customizable views for each client project, significantly improving user experience and performance.

Phase 2 — Self-Service Platform
Next, we focused on building a complete self-service infrastructure, enabling customers to independently set up and launch their Marketplace Simulations without manual support.

This included:

• Project setup and configuration workflows
• Shop setup with customizable product listings
• Launch logic for running simulations automatically
• A fully integrated credit system, checkout, and invoice management

These features allowed Aybee to move from a service-assisted testing model to a true SaaS model with automated onboarding and billing.

Phase 3 — API Integrations & Automation
After establishing the self-service flow, the next development focus was API integration.

We integrated multiple panel providers through APIs to enable automated participant recruitment and seamless project execution.

In addition, marketplace content scraping APIs were added to automatically capture real-world data from Amazon and other marketplaces — enhancing the realism and speed of simulations.

Phase 4 — Optimization & Scalability

Throughout the entire process, Premium Dev led both new feature development and continuous bug fixing, ensuring product stability and fast iteration cycles.

Most recently, we migrated all data storage and transfer functions to Supabase, significantly reducing workflow unit consumption and improving dashboard load speed and reliability.

This step was a major milestone in improving the cost efficiency and scalability of the platform.

Summary:
In collaboration with Premium Dev, Aybee successfully evolved from a prototype MVP into a fully-fledged, self-service SaaS platform — integrating automation, billing, API-driven data collection, and scalable infrastructure.

The partnership enabled Aybee to deliver faster insights to clients, reduce manual workload, and prepare the foundation for future growth and enterprise scalability.
